About Us
Hope & Justice CIC is a community interest company based in the UK, dedicated to helping adult female survivors of domestic abuse access affordable legal support when legal aid isn’t an option.
We work with legal professionals and organisations to deliver practical, compassionate, and survivor-centred solutions.

Our founder is a survivor herself, and understands how hard it is to face the justice system alone. This initiative was born out of lived experience — and a commitment to making legal support more accessible, more compassionate, and more survivor-informed.
How it works
Accessible Legal Support for Survivors
Many women fleeing abusive relationships find it hard to get access to legal aid and yet cannot afford private legal representation. We’ve created a new, flexible model to connect survivors of domestic abuse with accessible legal support, particularly where legal aid is unavailable.

To benefit from our support model, survivors should ask their allocated caseworker or support worker to contact us on their behalf.

For Legal Professionals & Law Firms
Family solicitors want to help, but providing pro-bono support to every survivor is unsustainable.

Hope and Justice uses an innovative approach by providing recruitment services for legal firms at a reduced cost, while funding legal support for victims of domestic violence through grants.

In this way legal firms help those in need — without working for free— and demonstrate commitment to social justice and access to law.
For Society
When survivors access the justice system early and effectively:
  • Fewer cases escalate to high-risk or criminal levels
  • Children are better protected
  • The burden on mental health and emergency services decreases
Our model contributes to a more stable, informed, and safer society — while reducing long-term public costs.
